Chick Magnet and other things
I enjoyed the term “Chick Magnet” I spose it works that way! And, Darlyne, what is motor cross? I know what snow boarding is, two grandsons prefer it to skis, but I’ve never seen boarding, it sounds harder. And so glad to hear you like Obama’s book, Jerry, I’m listening to him and the vp right now talking about middle-class job problems. Surely hope for the best! I’ve have not started People of the Book yet, half done with On a Someday. Roxy Henke has really researched grocery store ownership. A Super Target is coming to the small town in ND in the story, and it will no doubt affect local stores.
It amazes me how writers have to research, even something like running a grocery store. I looked at the aisles and checkouts differently in Hugo’s, used to be Piggly Wiggly, when I was shopping this week.
We got up to zero today, but lost the sun to clouds.
