hearing aids
I lost one of mine about 18 months ago. After looking everywhere imaginable, I gave us and bought another one about a year ago. This time I bought a large one that was a lot cheaper, thinking to myself “well, if you are so careless you don’t deserve another expensive one (can’t afford another expensive one).” Well when I was getting ready to move last summer, going through clothes and checking pockets before Salvation Army donations – lo and behold here was a hearing aid in my pocket. Obviously I was standing up conversing with someone when it started to squeal for lack of a new battery and I put it temporarily in my pocket. Temporarily turned out to be six months. But guess what – I lost the darned thing again about a month ago!!! Just an idea, Jo.
