Yes, I’m sure Idaho was quite a change from Houston. Alabama, where I came from, is still having hot weather. I like the days here that are in-between, pretty clear fall weather. We have had snow three times since October 1st, most of the time it didn’t stick but we had six inches of snow the first weekend. It takes some getting used to. A long time since I’ve lived in Minnesota!
Your trip sounded wonderful. Like Darlyne, I don’t dance anymore and I really miss it especially when I see others doing it. Your description of the dancers, especially the old fellow with the cane, was delightful.
I am reading The Kiterunner – probably the last of our group to do so. The description of it didn’t sound appealing, but I am finding it hard to put down. I won’t review as I’m sure you all have read it.
